The Ford Model “U” is a concept vehicle that is likely a true sign of the future of the automobile industry . It is possibly the most environmentally friendly vehicle ever to date . The body is moulded from a material that is made from vegetables . Even the tires are from a corn based material . The internal combustion engine is designed to run on Hydrogen fuel (not a fuel cell) .

The 2.3 liter engine is Supercharged for great performance and with the light weight body ,the mileage would be great too !

This car appears to have every thing going for it . Its compact yet appears to have lots of room for four people . The 4 cylinder supercharged engine would be easy on fuel and perform very well too . The sporty appearance would appeal to the young drivers as well as the young at heart .

Even the interior padding and trim are made from a vegetable based material . It would appear that the rust problem is non-existent on this automobile .
